To delete stored MAX/MIN values:

Press and hold down the
MAX/MIN
button
for approx. 2 seconds.
Choosing the unit of measurement

Press the
°F/°C
button to toggle between
degrees Fahrenheit and degrees Celsius
(default).
Cleaning
NOTE on material damage
Do not immerse the Thermometer
in water or other liquids. Do not
use rough, scratching or abrasive
cleaning agents.

If necessary, wipe the thermometer with a
soft, dry cloth, or with a slightly damp cloth.
