The scale should be cleaned immediately after use,
especially after its contact with fat, spices, vinegar, and
other strongly flavoured and/or coloured foodstuffs.

Wipe the scale as needed with a slightly damp soft
cloth. Avoid contact with citric acid.

You can clean the measuring cup in soap water or in
the dishwasher.
