UNIT IS PLUGGED IN. TURN SWITCH TO THE MAXIMUM HEAT
SETTING FOR 30 MINUTES TO PREHEAT. AFTER 30 MINUTES TURN
THE DIAL BACK TO KEEP FOOD WARM.
