Diode Leak Current Measurement
Setting the conditions of the measuring instrument

Set the measurement function to ADC.

Set the function to current value indication.
Press the IM/RM key to set to IM.

Set the measurement range to AUTO.

Set the source voltage value.
Connecting DUT

Check that the OPERATE key of the 8252 is turned off (OUTPUT
light off).

Mount DUT onto the test box.
15.
Close the cover.
Applying voltage

Press the OPERATE key of the 8252. The OUTPUT light goes on.
In this way, a measured current value is displayed on the 8252.
