Attach a washer and nut to the end of the second screw, on the outside of the 

extender.

Note 

Leave the screw loose enough for slippage, if necessary, when you attach 

the assembly to the rack.

Repeat the procedure, attaching the two remaining rail extenders to the front and 

rear of the 

second

 slide rail assembly.
