Test the POWER-PULL with an empty wheelchair. Adjust the length of the straps so that the
wheelchair is pulled strait up the ramp.
NOTE:
THE RIGHT HAND STRAP SHOULD BE LONGER.

The POWER-PULL has three function buttons on the remote: IN, OUT, and RELEASE. Using the IN
button, the cable will come all the way into the end of its travel and activate the stop in micro-
switch. If the cable is all the way in, the RELEASE button will not work. There must be no tension on
the cable to use the RELEASE function. Use the OUT button to bring the cable out a few inches to be
able to release the cable. Now, place the cable and straps onto the hook on the ramp.
WARNING
:
When the POWER-PULL is not in use, the unit must always be in the RELEASE mode with the cable
hooked onto the ramp to prevent damage to the cable, straps and hook.
