Basic Touchpad Gestures
Handwriting Gestures
Backspace/
Erase:
Swipe left to
backspace
(erase a letter).
Add a Space:
Swipe right
to add a space
between words.
Click:
Press down on the touchpad until it clicks to
select an item.
Press and Hold:
Press the touchpad and hold it down
for a moment to start the edit mode in any system.
Enter a single letter or number
at a time, or multiple letters or
numbers on top of each other.
Swipe:
Move your finger across the touchpad and lift your
finger at the end of the stroke to operate each screen.
Two-Finger Drag:
Move two fingers vertically, horizontally
or diagonally to move a map.
