3. Locate the two cut point labels shown, and cut them.
When cutting the cables, do not allow the cutting
tool to contact any surrounding metal parts;
electrical arcing could occur, which can ignite
any flammable vapors.
NOTE:
If you cannot do either method to stop the
engine and prevent current flow into the high-voltage
cables, use extreme care and do not touch damaged
cables as they may be electrically charged.
