To turn on heart rate monitoring during your
workout session, press and hold the screen for
3 seconds to enter ‘Workout Mode’. Your fitness
tracker will start timing your workout session
and will record your heart rate.
At the end of your workout, press and hold
the screen again for 3 seconds to stop the
recording, and to see your workout summary.
Note:
The Tempo 3C fitness tracker is able
to monitor your MVPA activity automatically
throughout the day. This allows exercise
sessions of any duration to be tracked and
monitored until it has been deactivated.
