Usage

Seat

Remove by lifting one corner at a time or lift off one side only and pivot the seat up from the opposite side.

Folding Frame

Unfold

Move the side frames apart, Pull forward on the Fold Frame Pull Pin until the fold frame locks into place.

Fold

Push in on the Fold Frame Pull Pin and move the two side frames together until the frame is completely 

collapsed.

Note: The pan hanger, commode pan and seat may be removed prior to folding. The back and flip back style arms 

must also be removed prior to folding and placed into carry case.

Disassembly for Storage or Transportation.  

Following the Usage instructions, remove the flip-up style arms (height adjustable 

arms may not need to be removed from back assembly), remove the back 

assembly, remove the rear wheels, remove the seat, remove the pan/hanger. 

Fold the frame and secure it with the buckle. Place components into 

storage/travel bag.

Follow Assembly instructions to reassemble the unit. 

Back 

Loosen then remove the self-locking nut and screw that are securing the back assembly to the frame. Pull up on 

the back assembly. Re-insert the screw through the holes in the chair frame. Hand start the nut onto the end of 

the screw.

Leg Rests 

Adjust the height of the foot plate by depressing snap button and sliding foot plate mount up or down to obtain 

correct height. Remove leg rest assembly by lifting up on the gooseneck to remove it from the receiver of the 

front support.

Elevating Leg Rest

Adjust the height of the leg rest by depressing snap button and sliding foot plate mount up or down to obtain 

correct height. Adjust the angle of the leg rest upward by lifting, lower by depressing the tab.

Arm Rests

Height-Adjustable Arm Rests 

To raise the arm, push up on the armlock cap and pivot back the entire armrest. To lower the arm, pull down on 

the front of the armrest until the arm latch locks onto the securing stud under the arm pivot.

Flip-Up Arm Rests 

To raise the arm up, pivot the arm lock lever away from the armrest and armrest lock. Lift up on the armrest.

Remove by depressing the snap button and sliding it out of the armrest pivot.

Serial number is located on the 

frame behind the wheel.
