Taking a Measurement
Open the Activ8rlives App on your
Smartphone or Tablet and ensure that
Bluetooth 4.0 switched on.
Insert your index (first) finger into your
Activ8rlives
Press the
If you want to change the orientation of
the screen, press the
to rotate the screen.
Wait now until the trace line becomes
stable, this may take up to 30 seconds. The
Pulse Oximeter will automatically adjust its
settings to your finger size.
Remain still.
Make sure you don

bright lights.

Navigation on the App
The Food Diary is the default page on the
App.
By pressing this in the top lefthand
corner it will allow you to navigate via the
App menu.
