MODE

SURFACE MODE
temperatures
follow these simple steps:

ambient or room temperature, which then
uploads directly to your Smartphone or
Tablet but does not show on the devices

button to transfer between
Celsius and Fahrenheit.
Press the
MEM
(memory) button to display
the last temperature reading, and allows for
a view of the last 32 measurements.
