Installation Procedures
Before mounting the camera, remove the dome cover by loosening the three (3) screws.
NOTE:
Some models have styrofoam inside the dome cover which is used to protect the lens
during shipping. Remember to remove the styrofoam before mounting the camera.
There are two ways to mount the camera:
Surface mount
: Use this method to mount the camera directly on the ceiling. See
Installing the Camera on a Surface
on page 13.
Gang Box Mount
: If the camera will be mounted on a gang box (applicable in some
areas in the US), a gang box converter (not included in the camera package) is
