Make the cylinder piston rod all out.

The level of the hydraulic oil should be at the highest position of the oil mark.

Replace the hydraulic oil and clean the inlet filter

When the hydraulic oil is hot, empty the hydraulic oil.

Make the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder full out.
☆
Stop the engine.
☆
Remove drain blockage.
☆
When the hydraulic tank empties, remove the strainer from the oil filter.
☆
Clean the strainer carefully and reinstall it.
☆
Reinstall the cover and its washer (check the condition of the washer).
☆
Reinstall drain plug.
☆
Add hydraulic oil to the highest oil level.
☆
Make the engine work.
☆
Telescopic excavator each cylinder.
☆
Push out the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder.
☆
Fill the tank to the highest level.
☆
Reseal the tank to make the engine work.
☆
Increase the pressure of the hydraulic tank and retract the piston rod of the
hydraulic cylinder.
Note: after this last operation, the oil level in the hydraulic tank will be
raised.

Replace the filter element of the hydraulic oil filter
Replace every 200 hours

Make the piston rod of each hydraulic cylinder fully extend, and then make the
engine stop.

Unscrew the filter element and replace with a new one (apply oil to seal
washer before installation).
☆
Make the engine work and operate the excavating mechanism.
