7. Place the top assembly on the surface keyboard side facing up ( Figure 1-37 ).
8. Release the keyboard bottom side latches from the top assembly ( Figure 1-37 ).

9. Carefully lift the bottom of the keyboard to release it from the top assembly
( Figure 1-38 ). DO NOT remove yet!
10. Unroute the keyboard FPC from the opening (G) on the keyboard compartment.
Then remove the keyboard (H) ( Figure 1-38 ).
