Chapter 1

Indicators

Your computer provides an array of three indicators located above the keyboard, in addition to four

indicators positioned at the front panel. These indicators show the status of the computer

and its component.

                       

                                                        

The power, battery and wireless communication status indicators are visible even when the LCD display is 
closed.

Icon

Item

Description

Caps Lock activity

Lights up when Caps Lock is activated.

Num Lock activity

Lights upwhen Num Lock is activated.

HDD

Indicate when the hard disk drive is active.

Bluetooth

Indicates the status of Bluetooth communication.

Wireless LAN

Indicates the status of wireless LAN communication.

Power

Indicates the status of  computer’s power status.

Battery

Indicates the computer’s battery status.

NOTE: 

The lights shows amber when the battery 

is charging. 

NOTE: 

The lights showns green when in AC 

mode.
