Troubleshooting
Before sending your LCD monitor for servicing, please check the
troubleshooting list below to see if you can self-diagnose the problem.
DVI/HDMI mode
Problem

Remedy
No picture visible
Blue
Using the OSD, adjust brightness and
contrast to maximum or reset to their
default settings.
Off
Check the power switch.
Check if the AC power cord is properly
connected to the monitor.
Amber
Check if the video signal cable is
properly connected at the back of
monitor.
Check that the computer system is
switched on and in power saving/
standby mode.
Problem

DP mode
DP daisy chain and repeat functions
DisplayPort bandwidth limitations mean that two monitors (at 2560 x 1440 resolution) or four monitors
(at 1920 x 1080 resolution) are supported in a daisy chain. Daisy chain function only works with DP signal.
