wrong parts and is soldered well; 
5>. Check if the TV connector is soldered well (play 
with TV). 

USB connecting

1>. Check if USB connector is cold soldered or miss 

soldered; 

2>. Check if USB connector is OK; 
3>. Check if Y1 crystal frequency of MCU/B is 

12MHz; 

4>. Check the F/W version, update F/W again; 
5>. Check the USB_DET signal on MCU board is 
normal.
