Replacing a dual-rotor fan module
Altos R520 M2 includes seven dual-rotor fan modules to provide
adequate airflow and keep system running cool.
Fan cable connectors
Refer to the following illustration for location of the dual-rotor fan
modules and fan cable connectors.
To replace a dual-rotor fan module:

Perform the pre-installation instructions described on page 36.
Warning! The system fan becomes very hot when the
system is on. Allow it to cool off first before handling.

Identify the defective fan.
