4. Assembly and Disassembly Procedures (continued)

Remove two cushion foams, tear off the adhesive 

tape, take out the LCD monitor from the EPE bag,  

remove the screen protector, then put the LCD 

monitor on a protective cushion.

                   

Take out the whole cushion foams from the carton 

and remove base and arm. 

Take out all accessories including user’s manual, 

power cable, D-Sub cable, DVI cable, audio cable 

and other packing materials from the carton.                     

(Note: It depends on whether users return the 

accessories.)

                    

Open the carton with a proper tool.

4.2 Disassembly procedures:

                   Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to remove three 

screws for releasing hinge.

                  

 (No.4~6 screw size=M4x9, Torque=11~13kgfxcm)

Turn over the LCD monitor to let the screen faced 

up. Place a cloth on the panel where you are 

working on to protect the panel. Then wedge your 

fingers between the front bezel and the panel for 

unlocking the mechanisms.

Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to remove three 

screws for releasing the hinge cover.
