Chapter 3

Removing the Keyboard

CAUTION:

Using metal tools to remove the Keyboard may cause damage to the outer casing. It is

recommended that you use only your fingers and plastic tools to remove the Keyboard.

See “Removing the Battery Pack” on page 50.

Turn the computer over and fully open the lid. There are five (5) securing clips that must be released in order to
remove the keyboard.

Release each clip, working from one side to the other.

Using both hands, gently pry up the cover as shown and turn it over.
