From the Standby screen(Fig. 1), press            to display the message initial screen.

 

Fig. 3 indicates that the current date is 19th May, 1999 (Wednesday) and          blinks 
when messages are left unread. 
  Press            after Fig. 3 to display the Message status screen like Fig. 4. 
In the Fig. 4, the very left black envelope symbol means the latest and unread message. 
    On the right lower corner, the pager shows the date when the message was received. 
      : Unread Message 
      : Read Message  
      : Locked Message  
              (See Lock Message on page 7 ) 
 Press      to read the message after moving 
    the flashing cursor by

In the Fig. 5, "07" indicates the message is 7th 
    incoming one and the receiving time is am 11:34. 
      indicates the message is duplicate.
