CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning always remove the plug from the electrical socket.
Clean the air inlet/outlet grilles frequently.
Never use abrasive powders or solvents.
WARNINGS

Do not use the appliance in the vicinity of showers, bath tubs, wash basins, swimming pools etc.

Always use the heater in an upright position.

Do not use the heater to dry your laundry. Never obstruct the intake and outlet grilles (danger of
overheating).

The heater must be positioned at least 50cm from furniture or other objects.

When the appliance is used as a portable unit, do not place it up against walls, furniture, curtains, etc.

The appliance must be installed so that the switches and other controls cannot be reached by persons
using the bath tub or the shower.

This appliance comes with a Y-type connection. Replacement of the feed cable can only be done by a
technician authorized by the manufacturer. Because such work requires special tools.

The appliance must not be positioned directly underneath a fixed power point.

Do not cover the appliance while it is functioning in order to avoid overheating with the attendant risk of fire.

Do not use the appliance in rooms less than 4m

in area.
The heater is fitted with a safety device which will switch off the heater in case of accidental overheating ( e.g.
Obstruction of air intake and outlet grilles or motor turning slowly or not at all). To reset, disconnect the plug
from the power for a few minutes, remove the cause of overheating then plug the appliance in again.
