Additional Advice and Tips
- Insurance: it is recommended to inform your insurance broker on the installation of your greenhouse.

•
Make sure that the window-raiser is locked in the hole and firmly clamps the roof window
•
Make sure that the door is firmly closed; if possible, lock it
•
Make sure there are no air splits under the foundation
•

- In case of usage of silicone, we recommend using “silirub PC”. The silicone applied on the parts has a lifespan of 1 year and is best replaced regularly (you can use “sealant
remover” for this). It is very important that the silicone is applied in the right conditions:
•
In dry weather
•
In normal temperatures (no extreme cold or heat)
•
On defatted surfaces (possibly use “cleaner & degreaser”)
•
Allow to dry out for 1 day
- Automatic window-raiser: during the winter period, remove the cylinder, oil it and store it in a warm place. You can always use the manual window-raiser. Do not use the
automatic window-raiser and the manual window-raiser together.
