Please read this manual carefully, before you use the charger.
Thank you for buying the AccuPower IQ203 Universal Charger with power bank
function. With this charger you have the opportunity to charge Li-Ion / NiCd / NiMH
batteries optimally.

Charging / significance of the LEDs IQ203:
·
Connect the charger with the provided power cords to the power socket.
·
Now all 3 LED's are blinking one time from bottom up. After this control
blinking you can start with the charging process.
·
Put the batteries into the charger. Please take care to use the right polarity
and also take care that the battery has good contact.
·
You can see the charging mode, when the LED is blinking (means actually
charging status), when the LED lights permanent (means this area is fully
charged). When all 3 LED's light permanent, the batteries are fully
charged, and you can remove it from the charger.
·
If all 3 LED's blinking fast together, it means that the battery you have
inserted is maybe defective or the polarity is wrong.
Powerbank function:
put 1 or 2 Lithium Ion cells into the charger, disconnect the power cable and you can
use the charger as a powerbank.
with 1 Li-Ion cell => USB-Output max. 1A
with 2 Li-Ion cells => USB-Output max. 2A
!! Attention: USB will be activated only when the power cable is unplugged !!

Important notes:
1. Use the IQ203 charger only with Lithium Ion Cells 3.6V ~ 3.7V and NiCd, NiMH
1.2V round cell rechargeable batteries
2. With the IQ203 you can charge fully automatic the following type of cells:
Li-Ion:
26650, 22650, 18650, 17670, 18490, 18500, 17500, 17355, 16340,
(RCR123), 14500, 10440
NiMH / NiCd
: AA, AAA, A, Sub-C
Do not use the charger with other types of batteries (for example: Alkaline or
other Systems).
3. Use the charger only in dry and closed rooms with normal conditions.
4. If you don't use the charger, we recommend to disconnect the power cable from
the socket.
5. During the charging process, you should not leave the charger unattended
6. Do not store batteries in reach of children
7. If you use new batteries, it might be required that the batteries need to be
charged and discharged several times before they reach their optimum capacity.
8. The charger must be used on a non flammable base
9. The charging process generally generates heat. It is important to ensure that is
loaded only in places where are no combustible materials in close proximity
(attention from carpets, curtains, paper, flammable liquids, furniture and so on.).
Functions:

3 LED's for each Charging channel shows you the current charge status
(including full charge).

Fully automatic Single channel monitoring (Easy-to-use).

Temperature sensor to protect overheating and overcharging
·
The charging circuit detection ensures automatic termination of the
charging process, for Li-Ion (3,6-3,7V): CC (Constant charge current), CV
(Constant charge voltage) and for NiMH, NiCd Delta Peak or Minus-Delta-
V (-dV).
·
Recognizes faulty batteries.
·
Controlled trickle charge ensures optimal saturation of the electrodes
results in maximum performance of the battery.
·
Powerbank-function: Put 1 or 2 Lithium Ion cells into the charger, and you
can charge smartphone and other portable digital devices via USB.

Maintenance & Care:
The charger is maintenance free, but should be cleaned occasionally. When cleaning,
the appliance must be disconnected from the power. Use dry and soft cloth. Never use
abrasives or solvents.

Do not use other than the supplied accessories. In particular, attention is drawn to
use the supplied original power adapter to the battery charger.
·
Unplug the power cord from the outlet when not in use.
·
The device should not be used if it has received a blow or damaged in any other
form.
·
Use the charger is not for any other purposes than those described in the
instructions.
·
Do not open or disassemble the unit, as otherwise there is a risk for electric shock
or fire.
Notes on disposal:
Please inform yourself about the local collection points for electronic devices.
Please check local environmental standards and do not dispose your old products with
normal household waste. The charging unit may only be disposed of in waste
management authorities set up collection points. The proper disposal of your old product
will help the environment and health.
Rechargeable batteries must not to be disposed of in domestic waste. Return used
batteries to your dealer or to an authorised battery collecting point.
