forth below: Swiss Standard Co. Ltd., Hong Kong (“blu

) grants blu

products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of 2 year from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”).
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by blu
®
within the
Warranty Period, at an option, blu
®
will:
(1) repair the product freely, using new or refurbished replacement
parts.
(2) exchange the product with another new product
(3) the freight arose from goods return will be shared by blu
®
and
Customer together. (Customer will have to bear the freight to
factory, while blu
®
will bear the freight to Customer.) For any
maintenance and repairs out of service range, Customer will have
to bear the freight and any relevant charges.
Exclusions and Limitations:
blu
®
is not liable for any damage of your portable device or loss of any
programs, data or other information stored on any media contained
within your device or any non-blu product or part not covered by this
warranty. Recovery or reinstallation of programs, data or other
information is not covered under this Limited Warranty. This warranty
does not apply to:
(a) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication or
non-blu products;
(b) damage caused by service performed by anyone other than blu;
(c) a product or a part that has been modified without the written
permission of blu.
(d) blu serial number has been removed or defaced.
