ACCESSORIES PROVIDED
FILTER UNIT FR + L (fig.2)
This unit is composed of a filter for the elimination of impurities or exces-
sive humidity in the air, a pressure reducer for maintaining the correct
operating air pressure, and a lubricator for atomizing fluid into the pneu-
matic system.
BEAD LEVER (fig.3)
This is a tool required for lifting the tire bead onto the head during demount-
ing.
It is also used to guide the ’channelling” of the bead during tire mounting.
Once the machine has been installed the lever is stored in the ring in the
bead-breaker support, on the side of the machine.
LUBRICATION PALE HOLDER (fig.4)
Once the machine has been installed the lubrication pale is fitted in the
position indicated on the right hand side of the machine.
The box containing the accessories provided (fig.5) is con-
tained in the machine packing (see unpacking instructions).
Always pay careful attention to the WARNING SIGNS displayed
on decals applied to the machine
(fig.6) .
If one or more of the warning signs disappears or shows signs of deterio-
ration, a replacement should be ordered from ACCU-TURN’s “Spare Parts”
service, making use of the relevant code number:
(a) - “head” decal (cod. n. 100982 )
(b) - “electrical voltage” decal (cod. n. 100789)

ACCESORIOS DE SERIE
GRUPO FILTRO FR + L (fig.2)
Está formado por un Filtro para eliminar las impurezas y el exceso de
humedad del aire, un Reductor de presión para regular la presión de
uso correcta y un Lubricador para nebulizar aceite en el sistema
neumático.
PALANCA ALZA-TALONES (fig.3)
Es una herramienta necesaria para levantar el talón del neumático y llevarlo
a la torreta durante las fases de desmontaje.
Permite además guiar el talón a la hora de “calzarlo” durante el montaje
del neumático.
La palanca alza-talones, una vez instalada la máquina, se sitúa en la
ranura del soporte del destalonador, al lado de la máquina
ANILLA DE SOPORTE DEL LUBRICANTE (fig.4)
Una vez instalada la máquina, la anilla de soporte del lubricante debe
colocarse en el punto indicado, por el lado derecho de la máquina.
La caja que contiene los accesorios de serie (fig.5) se
encuentra dentro del embalaje de la máquina (ver
instrucciones para el desembalaje).
Prestar siempre particular atención a las SEÑALES DE
SEGURIDAD, representadas en los adhesivos aplicados sobre
la máquina
(fig.6) .
En caso de pérdida o deterioro de alguna de las etiquetas adhesivas
pegadas a la máquina, se ruega solicitarlas al servicio de “piezas de
recambio” de ACCU-TURN indicando para ello su número de código:
(a) - etiqueta “torreta” (cód. n. 100982 )
(b) - etiqueta “tensión” (cód. n. 100789)
