Mount the device in the rack, using four rack-mounting screws (not provided).

If installing a single switch only, turn to “Powering On the Switch” at the end of
this chapter.

If installing several devices, we recommend using one stack for the switches,
and another for the splitters. this will keep the cabling straight and easy to
maintain.
Desktop or Shelf Mounting
1.
Attach the four adhesive feet to the bottom of the first switch.

Set the device on a flat surface near an AC power source, making sure there
are at least two inches of space on all sides for proper air flow.
