2-3 Adjusting the Wheel Cradle (Pre-Load Setup)

2. Start-Up Guide

1. The wheel cradle can be adjusted to 3 diﬀ erent positions depending on your aircraft’s

tire diameter. The three conﬁ gurations are as follows:

Confi guration A: For 16.25” Maximum Outside Tire Diameter

1A. The wheel cradle Back Gate Roller should be in the position shown above.

No accessories required.

Remove Accessory Cradle Roller if installed

Note:

You do not want the tire to be too tight inside the wheel cradle. There should be

space for tire size variations. After conﬁ guring the wheel cradle, drive the tug under the tire
to verify the wheel cradle is setup correctly and to ensure the cradle lock is fully engaged.
