Privacy Policy Settings
Remote access:
Permission for remote access is required for remote maintenance
access to be set up between the wAppLoxx Pro Control Plus and the PC
configuration software.
Cloud access: To use the cloud functions of your wAppLoxx Pro Control Plus, you must allow
cloud access. This is required for event notifications via e-mail and for
automatic updates via the cloud.
Changes to the remote and cloud access settings will only take effect after the
control has been restarted.
Settings for ABUS Cloud Portal use
Activate Abus Cloud Portal use and enter your Company ID as a specialist installer to set up
remote maintenance access.
Log view settings
Selecting the two men role mode means the event log can only be accessed when a second
user is registered in the log menu.
The two men role mode only functions with access via the website. It is not
possible to view the logs when accessed via the app with the two men role mode
activated.
Reset Card
In order to prevent unauthorised unpairing of the cylinder by third parties, a reset card must
be programmed. The ID of this reset card is then written on each cylinder used in the system
(analogous to a fallback user) and is thus a unique identification medium.
This ensures that a cylinder can only be reset using the unique reset card programmed by
you. Please keep the reset card in a safe place. Should you lose the reset card, the
administrator can create a new one.
After integrating all wAppLoxx Pro Plus slave controls and wAppLoxx Pro Repeaters, register
your reset card. To do this, you must first create a wAppLoxx cylinder as a reader, then you
can register the reset card by clicking "Scan reset card" (see Chapter 7.3).
