Installation
Please consider the mentioned environmental condition when placing the
device.
The transmitter is built in an outdoor housing suitable for wall or pole
installation. After removing the cover you will find 10 terminals for providing
operating voltage and to decouple the video, audio and switching channel
signals. The terminal strip is designed for wire diameters from 0.14 to 1 mm².
The connection wire isolations have to be striped for approximately 10mm.
Mounting of the housing
The outdoor-housing is constructed for installation at a mast. Arithmetical
average of the mast should be between 20 to 45mm. Please look at the
above picture for installation of the housing.
Attention: Please install the housing only as shown in the picture! Do
not install in slanted or head first position since these positions do
negatively affect the outdoor measures. Additionally water may soak
into the housing and lead to a short-circuit.
