Follow the warnings and precautions in this manual
when using the unit
The NARL™ pads can be placed in many different areas
on the body, thus allowing more specific targeting of
problem areas and muscle groups.
The unit has 4 NARL™pads to plug into the control
unit (please observe the colours and always pair black
and white pads for EMS stimulation).
For the EMS stimulation you can move the pads
around to find the optimum location where the
strongest contraction is felt.
You can attach the NARL™pads together for more
convenient use, the unit comes further with 2 soft and
elastic hook and loop belts to fasten the NARL™ pads
more securely during use.
You can combine the belts to one long belt when
securing the pads around your body.
