DOOR CONNECTION
TO FRONT PANEL
- This completes the door panel -
Tuck jamb under
side channel

Now we’ll fit the door brace
91A
to the inside of the door.
Orientate it so the face with the
holes is to the sheet.
Make sure to tuck one ends of
the brace into the side channel
that frames the door.

Fastening the door brace.
Fasten with five FAST001 self
tapping screws from the outside
of the panel.

Take the front panel and place it
with the door opening on the left
as show.
1.
Use the supplied 3 mm drill
bit DRILL and go through these
existing jamb holes and into the
sheet behind.
2.
Lay the door in the open
position so the hinges dangle
over their matching holes.
Align and use a pop riveter and
three FAST009 rivets per hinge -
six rivets total.
