STEP 2 of 2.

FRONT FRAME ASSEMBLY (N3/C1)

Fit one C0100 to box the 

base of each outside leg 

as shown. These will later 

be used for securing the 

frame to the concrete 

slab.

Secure the small triangular 

plate (ZACO190) to the 

exterior side of the frame.

Secure the ridge 

plate (ZACO9A) to 

the interior side of 

the frame.

Layout all sections as shown in the same 
manner as a portal frame.

Use 16mm self drilling screws to join 
all components together with three 
screws at all connecting points on both 
sides of the frame.

NOTE: These frames will need to be 
trimmed by 25mm to suit a rebated 
slab.
