ASSEMBLY

1.  Attach the Faceplate ASSY (#11) to the Front Frame ASSY (#4) using: 

twelve Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washers (#48)

four Φ10 Spring Washers (#60)

six M10*25 Socket Head Cap Bolts (#61)

four M10 Cap Nuts (#62)

two M10 Nylon Lock Nuts (#49)

Note: There are 4 bolts on top of the face plate AND 2 more on the front of the face 

plate located on either side of the handlebar weld point above the AbCoaster logo.  

All 6 bolts are essential.  Once complete, Tighten all connections from Step 4.
