Using your Walkslim 470

STARTING THE WALKSLIM 470 USING THE REMOTE CONTROL MODE

•  This mode will use your Remote Control to adjust your speed

•  Plug in the power, turn on the red switch. You will hear a beep and the screen will light 

up.

•  In the standby mode, attach the safety magnet on the red safety magnet holder 

located in the middle of the handrail , press the power button on the remote control, 
the treadmill will start at the lowest speed.

•  Speed increase / decrease: press the + button on the remote control while you are 

walking to increase the speed at 0.1km/second. To decrease the speed, press the - 
on the remote control. The treadmill will decrease speed at 0.1km/second.

•  Stopping the Treadmill: Press the start/stop button on the remote control when you 

have finished your walking session. The Treadmill will stop slowly and enter standby 
mode. Ensure when the Walkslim 470 comes to a stop that you hold onto the handrail 
for support and stability.

EMERGENCY STOP

•  The Walkslim 470 has an emergency stop (red safety magnet).

•  When in operation, if you feel the need to stop the treadmill quickly, simply pull the 

safety magnet out of the safety magnet holder. The treadmill will stop quickly to 
ensure your safety.

•  After pulling the safety magnet out, to start the Treadmill again, place the red safety 

magnet in the safety magnet holder on the handrail. The Walkslim 470 will enter 
standby mode.
