Problem
Potential Solution
1. The appliance is not working.
(refer to pages 7 and 8)
1. a. The locking arms must both be
securely in the lock position.
1. b. Ensure all parts are assembled
in the correct manner.
2. The motor unit is giving off an
unpleasant smell in the first few
uses.
2. a. This is normal for the first few
uses and should go away thereafter.
2. b. Check that you are not
exceeding the maximum quantities
of ingredients or times of use.
3. The appliance: makes a lot of
noise, consistently gives off an
unpleasant smell, is too hot to
touch, gives off smoke etc.
3. Discontinue use and refer to the
customer service details at the
bottom of this page.
4. The filter is blocked.
4. Unplug the appliance and clean
the juicing lid and blade according
to the cleaning and care instructions
in this manual.
5. There is a rattling/vibrating noise
when the appliance is in use.
5. Unplug the appliance and check
that all parts have been assembled
properly, according to the
instructions in this manual –
especially the juicing blade.
