SATA Mode Selected:

This item selects the SATA mode. Refer to the following table for the relationship among different
configurations over the SATA connectors.

[IDE Mode]:

This is the default setting for running SATA devices in IDE mode.

[RAID Mode]:

Select this mode if you are running SATA devices in RAID mode.

[AHCI Mode]:

Select this mode if you are running Microsoft’s 64-bit operating system.
