QUICK START
Press START / STOP button to start training immediately without any settings. You
can then adjust the resistance up and down 16 different levels with the UP and
DOWN buttons. To stop, press the START / STOP button again.
HOW TO USE THE DIFFERENT FUNCTIONS
MANUAL
Press MODE until MANUAL flashing at the bottom of the display for selecting training
in manual mode.
Optional Settings:
The computer can be programmed to
Count down from a given time.
Count down from a given distance.
Count down from a given calorie consumption.
Give you an audible warning when the pulse exceeds a given level (requires that you
have your hands on the pulse handles in the middle).
In manual mode, keep pressing MODE to switch between time, distance, calories
burned and pulse. When the desired option is flashing, press the UP or DOWN to
change value. Finally, press the START / STOP to begin training.
PROGRAM
Press MODE until PROGRAM is flashing at the bottom of the display to work out with
the programs / courses. Each program consists of 16 segments / bars.
By pressing the UP and DOWN select among 12 different programs / courses. The
profile of each program is shown in the graphic display. Press the MODE button to
