COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS

Press START and the computer will count down from 5 to 0 before the belt start at
0,8 km/h. The speed is adjusted with + / - buttons, or with the speed dial keys on the
panel. The incline is adjusted in the same way. All values counting up from 0.
Press STOP to end the exercise.
PRESETTINGS
If you wish to schedule a goal for your workout, press the MODE before you start the
treadmill. Repeatedly pressing the M button, will switch between time, distance and
calories burned. Adjust with the + / - buttons to the desired level, and press START.
The value that has been programmed with a goal will count down to 0.
PROGRAMS
For training in one of the 16 preset tracks, press the PROGRAM button. By
repeatedly pressing the PROGRAM button, the window will scroll through the
different programs. Set the length of the session with a + / - buttons and press
START.

Before stating the treadmill, p
ress “ PROGRAM” continually to enter “FAT“ body fat
test,
window display “FAT”. Press “MODE” to enter (F1 SEX, F2 AGE, F3 HEIGHT,
F4 WEIGHT). Press +/- buttons to set. After setting, the computer will display F5.You
should the hold on the pulse receiver, and the window will display your body mass
index. (The body mass index is to test the relation between height and weight not the
body scale.)
