4 Putting into operation

Lay down the cable assembly
from central
connector

Slide the liner
until a noticeable resistance
is felt in the inlet nipple
.

Determine excess length x and pull out the liner
again.

Shorten the liner
by the dimension x.

Debur the cutting point and sharpen the spiral beginning to an angle
of 40°.

Insert the liner cut to length
into the wire conduit
.

and secure with multiple wrench

For use with aluminium, copper, nickel and stainless steels

Lay down the cable assembly straight and unscrew nut from central
connector

Sharpen the beginning of the PA liner

Slide PA liner
through the wire conduit
until
a noticeable resistance is felt.

Slide clamp nipple
, O-ring
and nut
and
tighten the nut
under tension.

Mark a PA liner
that is too long in front of the wire feed rolls
(wire
feeder).

Cut the PA liner
at the mark directly in front of the wire feed rolls using
the
ABICOR BINZEL
cutter
7
Sharpen the cutting point.
