7 Maintenance and cleaning

Plug/screw the setting sleeve

 onto/into the gas nozzle receptacle.

Put the adjusting lever

 onto the setting sleeve

 and correct the bending angle slightly.

During this process, continually check the concentricity of the test mandrel

The bending angle is correct if the test mandrel

 fits easily into the bore of the gauging sleeve

7 Maintenance and cleaning

Scheduled maintenance and cleaning are prerequisites for a long service life and trouble-free operation.

7.1 Monthly

Monthly basic cleaning is recommended, and necessary in case of extreme working conditions.

CAUTION

Material damage

Too frequent and excessive bending can destroy the torch neck.
• Only make minor corrections.
