Unscrew the nut of the torch neck.

Pull torch neck of the torch neck mount by slightly rotating it.

Insert new or serviced torch neck.

Tighten the nut by hand.

NOTICE
• Make sure that no residual coolant enters the wire conduit!
• When unscrewing the torch neck, always keep the torch handle pointing
downwards. This prevents residual coolant from seeping into the gas and
wire guides.
NOTICE
• Grease the O-rings with silicone-free lubricant (192.0078). This makes it
easier to insert the torch neck and increases the life of the O-rings.
NOTICE
• Clean the gas nozzle interior regularly to remove weld spatter and spray
it with original
ABICOR BINZEL
anti-spatter agent.
• Check the wear parts for visible damage and replace defective parts.
• Make sure that the cutting point is clean, in order to increase the life of O-
rings and ensure effective power transmission.
• Replace worn-out or damaged O-rings.
• Use the delivered insulating hose for depositing the torch neck and
protecting the torch neck interface.

• Do not dispose of the device with household waste.
• For disposal, observe the local regulations, laws, provisions, standards
and guidelines.
