• This guarantee does not cover the glass, the strap or the battery. It does
not cover normal wear and tear, which includes scratches on the watch
case.
• This guarantee does not cover damage caused by water if, according to
the instructions, the watch was not suitable for the use which resulted
in the damage. DIN 8310 applies.
• Costs for postage, insurance and shipping are not covered by the
guarantee. Carriage forward shipments will not be accepted.
• Should you wish to return the watch, we recommend that you make
sure that it is appropriately protected and that it is insured as no liability
will be assumed for any loss or damage that occurs during transport.
• This guarantee applies in addition to your statutory rights.
• It in particular will have no effect whatsoever on your warranty rights
that are based on the contract of purchase.
• The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
• A limitation period of one year from when the defect was first noticed
applies to the assertion of claims arising out of this guarantee.
• Please present the purchase receipt and separate warranty certificate
when making warranty claims.
