Once your receiver has been configured, it will take approximately 30 minutes for the
receiver to download the authorization commands from ABC. You will know the
receiver has been authorized if the N/A to the right of the desired service(s) disappears.
If you experience difficulties, the ABC Technical Services office is staffed Monday
through Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm ET. You will need to provide the entire
receiver serial number located on the back of the Starguide receiver.
