Error Code 5209 No Reaction Vessel (RV)

Attempt
• If RV loader chute is not in position to load RVs,
reseat the RV loader chute into the wash zone
manifold.
Chute is in the
UP
position (incorrect).
Chute is in the
DOWN
position (correct).

Level Sense Errors: 3000
• Ensure sample cup or tube is present and adequate
sample is in the cup or tube.
Reagent probe areas only:
• Reagent bottle is empty: Replace empty reagents.
• WZ probe maintenance water bottle is missing, over-
filled or filled with distilled (DI) water instead of tap
water or saline or bleach: Repeat the maintenance
procedure, ensuring the WZ probe maintenance water
bottle is in position and contains the correct volume
and solution.
Sample Pipettor:
Tighten the probe clamp finger tight.
Only fill maintenance
bottle 25 to 30ml full.
Errors may occur if
filled with more than
30ml of solution.
