9.3.3 Add to blacklist
There are 2 ways to add a contact to the blacklist.
Option 1
On the "Intercom contacts" screen, click to access the setting.
Click the contact, then select "Blocked" from the drop-down list.
Option 2
On the "History" screen, select an intercom record, then click on the right.
