The IEC 61850 communication has always priority over binary inputs,
e.g. a block command on binary inputs will not prevent commands over
IEC 61850.
Accepted originator categories for PSTO
If the requested command is accepted due to the authority allocation control, the
respective value will change. Otherwise the attribute
blocked-by-switcing-hierarky
is set
in the
cause
signal. If the PSTO value is changed under a command, then the command is
reset.
The accepted originator categories for each PSTO value are shown in
Table 15:
