7:2 Description of menus
For detailed description of each function, see Chapter 10
“Functions” .
7:2.1 Top level
This level contains information about output voltage and
current, heat sink temperature, real time clock and more.
From this menu, the keypad can be locked/unlocked and a
password for this can be set. It is also possible to enter the
other menus.
Display at start up
When switching on the supply voltage the LCD will first
display the text “Hello”, and after a few seconds switch into
displaying Top Level, figure 2.
The displayed current is the actual motor current.

status
The softstarter checks and displays the status of the input
voltage (line side).
Motor temperature
The used thermal capacity of the motor is displayed. 0%
means that the motor is in cold state. 50% means that half
the capacity is used etc.
SCR temperature
The temperature of the SCRs in the softstarter is displayed
as a percentage of the max. value.
