4.3.1 Replacing the robot
General
Before replacing the robot, save a reference using the laser adjustment kit and
use the reference to place the replacing robot in the same position.

Assembling and attaching the laser adjustment kit on robot that is to be replaced

Action
Remove the customer tool and/or harness.

Attach the Calpoint laser on to the Calpoint multi-
mount.

justment kit. The Calpoint multi-
mount is included in the Calpoint
kit.
Attach the Calpoint multi-mount on to the turning
disc.

Put a guide pin in the robot tool flange.

Attach the laser adjustment kit on to the robot tool
flange.

Tighten the conical screw on the turning disc.

Tighten all the screws.
